The most logical first step is to determine the current organ status and other conditions that influence your overall health. There are thousands of tests that could be done. Non-invasive and blood tests should be done first. Here is quite a list of tests that should be considered.
First you should evaluate and document your own current status. I will be posting a convenient form for this purpose that I have assembled after reviewing forms supplied by major clinics.
I will be evolving the following test list by reviewing it with various medical practitioners. The first set of tests can actually be done at home. All of the tests listed will be described on other pages on this site. If you are doing tests at home I strongly advise that you first develop a good relationship with a competent medical professional.

Each one of these tests are very easy to perform with no cost or low cost equipment.that is readily available. Blood tests done by a reputable medical laboratory will then complete the initial series of baseline evaluations. Blood draws can be done by a licensed phlebotomist in your home, at a blood draw office or at your doctor’s office. Another approach is to start by finding a qualified health coach which I believe is a necessary first step on your path to abundant health.
The standard blood test groups (panels) should also include the following more specialized tests along with a few non blood tests.
Blood Viscosity
Blood Zeta Potential
